Chalk — Effective 29 May 2026

1. Acceptance

By using Chalk, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Chalk is a powerlifting training program generator. It creates personalised training programs based on information you provide about your experience, strength levels, and recovery.

3. Not Medical Advice

Chalk is not a substitute for professional medical or coaching advice. Training programs are generated algorithmically and are not reviewed by a medical professional. Consult a qualified professional before starting any training program, especially if you have existing injuries or health conditions. You train at your own risk.

4. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and during onboarding. You can delete your account in the app from Settings. Account deletion removes your Chalk account data but does not cancel any subscription managed by Apple.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Chalk may offer paid subscription access to Chalk Pro. Purchases made in the iOS app are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings or through the Billing section in the Chalk app, where available. You can also restore previous purchases in the app. Deleting your Chalk account or uninstalling the app does not cancel Apple subscription billing.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Chalk are owned by Minum. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Chalk is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Minum shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the app or any training program it generates.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Chalk at any time, for any reason, without notice.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Chalk after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
